PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The National Science Foundation project required the development and implementation of key customer service and mission requirements. With two prominent locations, 2,100 personnel, and a frequently visited Conference Center hosting over 64,000 guests annually, NSF engaged The ELOCEN Group Team in utilizing all aspects of program management and oversight, space design execution for a future-focused building, high performance environmental and sustainability features, information technology integration, and facilities/ logistics planning. Our team provided sta personnel in the areas of: Project Management, Information Technology, Budget Analysis, Administrative Support, and Relocation Management.
VALUE CREATION
- Provided overall construction management services including cost estimating, contract negotiations, and site analyses to meet specific project requirements
- Recommended funding options, in line with comprehensive expenditure performance pattern analysis
- Wrote detailed Internal Control procedures based on carefully conducted research and speci c agency requirements
