PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In conjunction with MGM National Harbor building its 1.3 billion dollar, 1 million-square-foot waterfront destination featuring a 308 room luxury hotel and state-of-the-art 3,000 seat theater, The ELOCEN Group provided a full range of project administration and support services, inclusive of:
Selection, procurement, delivery and installation of Banquet Chairs, Lighting & Sound Equipment, Prefab Guard Booths, Bar Stools, Fitness Equipment, Retail Products, Cabinetry, Appliances, Forklift, and Ancillary Equipment
- Analyzing all upfront requirements for procurement strategy development, addressing function, cost, quality, time, and logistics requirements
- Assisting in the development of scope speci cations
- Preparing procurements, inclusive of vendor negotiation andcoordination
- Scheduling and tracking all deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals
- Providing risk mitigation and taking corrective action(s)necessary to meet schedules upon issue identi cation
- Maintaining current and orderly documentation for allprocurements and purchase orders
- Establishing and managing closeout processes to includemaintaining concise documentation (warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, attic stock, etc.)

- Applied an agile strategy to improve MGM product procurement processes, which significantly reduced the proposal to award timeframe
- Executed a streamlined approach to expedite supply chain of numerous third-party vendors
