PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) awarded The ELOCEN Group a contract to perform Construction Management Agent Services for the construction of its new Center of Performing Arts Building. The project was 80% complete, several months behind schedule and beset with numerous claims and unresolved change orders. Upon contract award, ELOCEN promptly mobilized at the job site, reviewed project files and all other relevant documentation available, to assess true project conditions. This initial documentation assessment resulted in the development of a strategy to resolve outstanding project related issues and proceed with final project completion.
