PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Federal Election Commission (FEC), an independent agency of the Federal Government,
mandated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reduce its overall space footprint, faced the challenge of organizing their efforts to relocate to new space after occupying its existing space for thirty (30) years. With a September 2017 lease expiration on the horizon and federal mandates driving a closer look at space utilization, FEC retained The ELOCEN Group to provide turnkey transition management and relocation services. This included providing program management and oversight, space design execution for a future-focused building, and information technology integration, and facilities/logistics planning.
