NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA)
NOAA retained The ELOCEN Group to perform all comprehensive project management, relocation planning, and physical move efforts required for the consolidation of three separate facilities into one central, newly constructed state-of-the-art facility. This included conducting full-scale analyses, assessing all existing functional and technical requirements, as well as a full FF&E procurement process.
