PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Lafayette Building Modernization Project underwent substantial renovations, requiring Export-Import (EXIM) Bank to relocate from its existing space to temporary accommodations within the building. The ELOCEN Group provided all strategic planning, move management, and FF&E surplus removal, in support of this multiphase swing space relocation project. This encompassed relocating 530 personnel, including Special Spaces.
