BSEE secured ELOCEN to perform a comprehensive space utilization and optimization study for BSEE and BOEM agencies currently occupying 236,356 rentable square footage of GSA leased space located in the Elmwood Tower Building (ETB) and throughout the city of New Orleans, LA. The study analyzed real estate usage for consolidation into a single location and the potential options of updating its existing data center or relocating/migrating the information system to “the cloud”. ELOCEN developed an accompanying Program of Requirements, to be used as a basis for design intent documents for a new lease at either their existing location or another facility in the New Orleans metro area.
