PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The AECOM/ELOCEN Team is providing Program and Construction Management Services to the District of Columbia Superior Courts (DCSC) Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division (CPFMD) for 1.2 million gross square feet (GSF) of space within five Courts-owned buildings in Judiciary Square. Program Management services include forming a Program Management Office (PgMO) to set up policies, procedures and standards to effectively and efficiently manage all capital programs and daily operations.
