Out of an inborn commitment to pour back into the community, The ELOCEN Group Foundation, Inc. (EGF) was established by Necole Parker, Principal/CEO of The ELOCEN Group, in December 2013. EGF’s mission is to foster and promote life-skills training, implement workforce development programs, and encourage educational advancement.

With a specific focus on African American populations, EGF’s mission is to foster and promote life-skills training, implement workforce development programs, and encourage educational advancement, while strengthening, inspiring, and empowering young single mothers, disenfranchised young men, and other marginalized individuals (the disabled, veterans, and low to very low-income populations).
